McKinney, Texas – 2021
Design of a 9,500-ft2 repair garage and a 1,500-ft2 office in an existing warehouse space. MEP systems included DX split system units, compressed air systems, recessed dock sump systems, wash bay sand/oil separator systems, and paint booth exhaust systems.
This project was a modern twist on the collision repair shops of the old days. The office and entry area look more like a coffee shop than a repair facility. It creates a comfortable feel for clients like being in a modern luxury car sales center.
The shop is easily accessible to the repair technicians with retractable hoses and electrical cord reels that keep the aisles and walls clean from the clutter of these items creating an environment where the customers can feel comfortable viewing the status of their vehicle repair.
