Project: University of North Texas Dining Hall

Denton, Texas – 2016

Designed MEP systems design for a new 4,000-ft2 dining room addition. MEP systems included: Packaged Rooftop Units with humidity control and energy recovery, Integration with the existing kitchen, dining room, and dormitory mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Project Challenges to Overcome in Our Design

The building was built in the 1920s and has been retrofitted extensively through the years. Site verification and integration with the existing systems were crucial on this project.
