Fort Worth, Texas – 2019
Design of the MEP systems for (4) 13,0000-ft2 ground-up warehouse buildings with 20% office space and 80% storage space. MEP systems included DX split systems.
These projects were flex spaces that seem to be popping up all over the DFW metroplex with an office in the front of the space and a warehouse in the back of the space. However, these spaces were designed with the attention to detail that goes into most modern high-end offices. Even the warehouse area was designed with recessed heaters and aesthetically pleasing light patterns. The end result was a nice office/warehouse flex space that fetched a higher rent for the owner than the neighboring properties.
