Designed over 10 Kids R’ Kids daycare facilities located all over the country ranging from 13,000 to 15,000-ft2. Each MEP system included packaged rooftop units with hot-gas reheat, kitchen exhaust, and makeup air systems. Used the ASHRAE IAQ procedure to reduce outdoor air and improve indoor air quality.
